Taillight protector type #1

Kit containing two protectors (left and right) can be used on both sides, for NON-US taillights

Included in the kit: 

3D printed body for left and right side tail lights

• PETG-CF 10% (carbon fibre filled plastic) 

Stainless steel mounting hardware

• Two hex bolts M6x90 
• Two nuts, M6 with captive washer (oversized for stability) 

The centre bolt replaces the shorter BMW bolt to fasten the lights, it holds the light and the protector in place.

The taillight rear section tends to vibrate. Therefore assembly requires the use of threadlocker On the centre M6 bolt and the nut. Preferably Loctite 243, or similar. A drop dispensed into each nut to secure it. ( If proper threadlocker is unavailable, nailpolish may be used.)
